Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support visual merchandising in designated zones, uphold company standards, and drive sales through compelling displays, signs, and endcaps.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, the ZL will coach team members, manage daily tasks, assist with freight and stock, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining a vibrant guest experience, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods; able to bend and climb.
• Reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets with the ASM.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet visual and sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock management.
• Maintain neat, organized zones with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Support customer experience, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Lead by example, coach others in visual standards and execution.
• Review store metrics and take action to improve performance.
• Maintain availability for nights and weekends.
