Job summary

At Home Group Inc. seeks a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to manage visual merchandising within designated zones, lead transitions, and uphold our standards to inspire guests.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure sets, signs, and displays reinforce seasonal promotions and create engaging shopping moments. You will plan daily tasks, manage freight, train teammates, and analyze scorecard data while maintaining safety and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock product in designated areas.
• Support customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead by example, train teammates on visual priorities, and drive store standards.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
