Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities.
• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display to drive sales and seasonal strategy.
• Maintain daily routines for merchandizing, signage, replenishment and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM to adapt directives for store needs.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Coordinate inventory needs with DM to increase sell-through and margin.
• Support associate productivity and training related to visual standards.
