Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display coordination with management to map floorset timelines.
• Maintain daily routines to execute markdowns, promotions, signage, and replenishment.
• Collaborate on adaptations from directives to fit store layout and customer needs.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for profitability and margin improvement.
• Communicate inventory needs to distribution to increase sell-through and margin.
• Support payroll/workload planning and associate productivity related to visual standards.
• Onboard and train visual team; lead training and skill-building activities.
• Engage customers with genuine, enthusiastic service and connect to Design support.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with company policies.
