Village Square Portola Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this lead role, you will collaborate closely with DVMs and technicians, help coordinate the front desk team and daily patient flow, and serve as a liaison between clients and the medical team. You will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.
