Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group is seeking an Operations Lead in Maple Grove to drive an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee front desk operations, triage, and inventory management while empowering your team to deliver compassionate care for both pets and their families.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with animals in a veterinary environment is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Infinity/ImproMed is a plus.
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and triage to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain reception area, inventory, and daily hospital maintenance.
• Handle phone inquiries, greet customers, and manage wait times.
• Accurately enter patient information and process payments.
• Oversee cash drawer reconciliation and end-of-day processes.
• Train and monitor new hires in front desk procedures.
• Oversee inventory counts, vendor relations, and purchasing.
