Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to define and enhance the customer journey before, during, and after visits. You will represent VEG with warmth, professionalism, and a proactive approach, ensuring pets and their families receive compassionate support in a fast-paced ER environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, multitasking, and effective communication, with opportunities for growth and mentorship as VEG continues to expand its 24/7 emergency hospitals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and empathy with customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and with urgency across in-person, phone, or online channels.
• Manage all customer communications (calls, emails, texts) and route urgent medical calls to a doctor.
• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences and creatively meet customer needs.
• Listen with empathy, resolve concerns quickly, and anticipate issues before escalation.
• Keep nursing team and doctors updated on customer needs for a seamless care experience.
• Provide confidential guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions.
