• Supervises personnel, evaluates performance, addresses complaints, and recommends promotions or reassignment where appropriate.
• Provides oversight in responding to higher-level inquiries and gathering evidence for claims adjudication.
• Maintains relationships and conducts personnel management in accordance with laws and regulations.
