Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and assigns work priorities for subordinates in the Veterans Service Center.
• Demonstrates expertise in all phases of claims processing and ensures final work products meet standards.
• Advises division managers on daily operations to achieve program goals and objectives.
• Liaises with Veterans Service Organizations and other agencies to support programs for veterans.
• Supervises personnel, handles performance evaluations, and oversees disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains labor/management relationships and ensures compliance with laws and policies; reports to duty station daily.
