Job summary

The Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (SVSR) at the Veterans Benefits Administration leads a team within the Veterans Service Center division, guiding staff to provide information, advice and assistance on all types of Veterans benefits claims for Veterans and dependents. Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a Veterans Service Center or similar environment.
• Ability to interpret Federal, state, local laws and regulations related to VA benefits.
• Knowledge of VA's Compensation and Pension programs and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned team within the Veterans Service Center (VSC) division providing information, advice and assistance on all types of Veterans benefits claims.
• Coordinate outreach services to stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Ensure staff meet performance indicators and manage resources effectively.
