• Performs individual quality reviews to determine the authorization quality level of VSRs.
• Conducts focused in-process reviews for accuracy of claims action taken.
• Shares authorization quality trend information with management and during training.
• Reviews products or activities for quality and records results in STAR checklists.
• Evaluates deficiencies of all elements of a claim and explains errors with notes.
• Prepares STAR data reports for stakeholders at the regional office.
• Develops QA processes addressing unique work conditions and practices.
