Radisson Plaza Hotel is seeking a Venue Operations Supervisor to lead daily event technology and operations, collaborating with the Senior Event Technology Manager and venue leadership. This on-site, customer-focused role supervises technical staff, coordinates staffing, and ensures successful event delivery.

You will oversee equipment deployment, safety compliance, and post-event reviews, while maintaining strong client relationships and smooth event execution across operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event technology, venue operations, hospitality, or live event production.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating event operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of professional audiovisual systems and event technology.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily event operations including setup, execution, and teardown.
• Coordinate staffing assignments, labor deployment, and event schedules.
• Supervise technical staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients and venue personnel.
