Job summary

LEGACY HALL, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and team accountability. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and focused on maintaining Legacy Hall’s standard of hospitality across multiple outlets and events.

You will lead floor operations, manage private events, and act as the client-facing operations lead, while coaching staff to uphold service standards and executing opening/closing duties, labor scheduling, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of food & beverage management experience; high-volume or multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
• Event operations experience is a plus.
• Bar management experience is a plus.
• Manager Food Handler's and Alcohol Service Certifications are required (or the ability to obtain them upon hire).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of private events, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Act as the client-facing operational lead during events - welcoming hosts, addressing concerns, and meeting expectations.
• Support and coach team members to uphold Legacy Hall's hospitality standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including venue walkthroughs and bar setup.
• Oversee labor management, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Maintain accountability for service, cleanliness, and sanitation across the hall.
• Collaborate with leadership and stall operators to meet food, beverage, and entertainment standards.
• Jump in where needed on the floor - resolving issues, engaging with guests, and supporting the team.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
