Freshworks is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to join our GTM team across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will develop value-based business cases and standardize our value proposition to support selling strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, and/or management consulting.
• Deep financial analysis and modelling of ROI and TCO concepts to justify business cases.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation skills are a must for this role.
• Business and technical acumen with ability to discuss technology and strategy.
• Ability to influence executives and C-Suite with credibility and charisma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct value discovery sessions with prospects & customers and document customer objectives.
• Articulate gaps between current and desired state for client value.
• Create analytical models and executive presentations for key accounts.
• Provide thought leadership on business value.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to train GTM on VE content and collateral.
• Collect and measure Freshworks metrics to establish trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to value assessment.
• Assist in delivering executive-level field presentations.
