Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges.
• Supporting the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals.
• Gathering requirements to clearly define customer problems.
• Building and presenting demonstrations of Freshworks products.
• Articulating the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences.
• Continuously developing your skills and evangelizing the Freshworks UX.
