Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
• Experience acquiring user data through usability studies and creating personas and journey maps.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large-scope projects.
• Experience using AI tools to work and design, and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces.
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Explore and integrate AI: identify opportunities to use AI in work processes and product features.
• Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles.
• Simplify complexity and translate complex financial processes into glanceable interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Iterate quickly, develop multiple solutions, and refine based on user feedback and constraints.
• Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners.
• Advocate for design decisions with supporting context including user research and business goals.
• Present and share design work with product teams and senior stakeholders.
