Job summary

Amazon’s Delivery Experience design team seeks a UX Designer to craft end-to-end experiences for digital tools supporting the global delivery network. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate field insights into usable designs that frontline operators rely on daily.

You will explore AI opportunities, develop wireframes and prototypes, and advocate for design decisions grounded in user research and business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio showing end-to-end, user-centered design for desktop and mobile.
• Experience in conducting usability studies and creating personas/journeys.
• Experience aligning design with business goals and technical constraints.
• Experience using AI tools to design AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces.
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Explore and integrate AI to unlock innovation in processes and product features.
• Collaborate with partners in planning cycles.
• Translate complex financial processes into simple, glanceable interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Iterate quickly and refine based on user feedback and constraints.
• Apply patterns to ensure consistency across products and teams.
• Present design work to product teams, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
