Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps.
• Experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.
• Have an online portfolio.
• Experience using AI tools to work and design AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces.
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Explore and integrate AI: identify opportunities to use AI in work processes and product features to unlock innovation and strategic thinking.
• Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles.
• Simplify complexity and translate complex financial processes into glanceable interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Iterate quickly, develop multiple solutions, and refine based on user feedback and technical constraints.
• Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners.
• Advocate for design decisions with supporting context including user research, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Present and share design work with product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders.
