You will collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional teams to craft end-to-end experiences, balancing diverse user needs and business goals with a nimble, pragmatic approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in design, HCI.
• Portfolio with study plans, reports, personas.
• Strong foundation in design thinking and usability principles.
• Proficient with design software and AI tools.
• Hands-on in creating user flows, lo-/hi-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Familiar with interaction design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and grid principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide designs for new and existing solutions end-to-end.
• Negotiate priorities and align on customer problems and product vision.
• Design complex workflows balancing divergent user perspectives across technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify measures for health of user experience and pursue new opportunities.
