Job summary

Mood Media in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a US Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of weekly and bi-weekly US payroll for about 500 employees using ADP Workforce Now.

You'll maintain tax profiles, ensure data integrity, run payroll reports, and act as liaison with HR, Accounting, and business leaders to ensure compliant, timely processing.

CPP certification is preferred; an associate degree or technical training is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of payroll experience in US multi-state environments.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll data integrity.
• Strong knowledge of tax profiles, wage-and-hour laws, and reporting.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for US employees in ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain tax profiles, jurisdictions, and core payroll records.
• Review time and attendance and ensure data accuracy before payroll commit.
• Lead payroll data management, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and leaders to ensure compliant operations.
