Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include directing crews, ensuring safety briefings, training lower classifications, and maintaining quality and deadlines across projects. This role requires CDL, travel readiness, and willingness to work long hours and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized underground distribution systems with safety as priority.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project work, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors, troubleshoot faults.
• Follow switching, tagging and grounding procedures for energized lines.
• Understand one-shot operation on reclosing devices.
• Work in confined spaces near energized equipment.
• Operate excavation equipment (backhoes, trenchers, excavators, pullers).
• Work outdoors in extreme weather and be available for outages or emergencies.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated sticks.
• Adhere to PPE protocols and insulating equipment rules.
