Pike Electric, LLC seeks a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites including out-of-state locations, and report to the General Foreman.

You must coach junior staff and ensure high quality work under all weather conditions. This role requires CDL, 5 years of underground line experience, and willingness to work overtime, outages, and emergencies.

Formación

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work out-of-state assignments and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors, troubleshoot faults.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated sticks.
• Coordinate with safety protocols and PPE, manage on-site safety.
