Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. You will train crews, communicate with property owners, and maintain documentation while managing costs and equipment usage.

The role requires field leadership, OSHA awareness, and strong organizational skills, with a focus on safe, efficient execution of assigned work and positive customer relations.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and line equipment.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to field requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains accurate crew records, timesheets, and reports.
