Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must read drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable working at heights in field conditions.
• Willing to pay union dues.
• DOT safety requirements and procedures familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from supervisor.
• Conduct field training for crew on new tasks and safety procedures.
• Enforce safe work practices per company policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Discuss access, power interruption, and scope with property owners.
• Obtain oral or written permission to perform required work.
• Maintain customer relations through professional conduct and service.
• Prepare reports on orders completed, crew time, and incidents.
• Control crew costs and optimize use of personnel and equipment.
• Ensure proper records, timesheets, and equipment maintenance.
