Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Moose Lake, MN seeks a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate work orders from a General Foreperson, and ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

You will train crew, enforce safe practices, manage customer relations, and keep accurate records of work performed while controlling costs and reporting incidents. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Obtains customer permissions and coordinates access for work.
• Maintains records and reports of crew performance.
