Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Represents company with property owners to obtain access for work.
• Maintains records and reports related to crew performance.
• Furnishes reports on incidents and equipment status.
• Keeps crew focused on safety and efficiency.
