HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director for the Transportation Business Group to drive approvals, negotiations, and coordination across HDR policy and risk committees for major infrastructure programs.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, a PE license, and 15+ years in large civil projects with a strong PM and client-relations track record. Travel up to 50% is expected. HDR offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Competenze
