PPL Corporation seeks a seasoned Engineering Supervisor to direct transmission planning studies and guide project initiation, scoping, and support. You will coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, ensuring adherence to NERC/NPCC/ISO-NE guidelines while driving safety and reliability across the grid.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and developing talent, with oversight of engineers and technicians across multiple locations as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited school in Engineering or Engineering technology.
• 5+ years of Engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years, or a PhD with 2 years.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with positive results under challenging conditions.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes for electric utilities.

• Supervise transmission planning studies and related analyses.
• Provide direction for scoping and support of transmission projects.
