Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Active PE licensure.
• 10+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design.
• Ability to supervise Engineers and Technicians while maintaining quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff in the preparation of engineering designs, cost estimates, and client billing.
• Manage schedules and assign projects and daily tasks.
• Mentor staff and enforce safety and electrical codes.
• Coordinate internal and external design reviews prior to submissions.
• Collaborate with department managers to implement new policies reflecting best engineering practices.
