• Ability to supervise engineers & technicians while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff in preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer communications.
• Manage schedules and assign projects and daily work to staff.
• Mentor staff on engineering principles and safety codes; ensure compliance with policies.
