Atwell, LLC is seeking a Team Lead in Transmission Engineering who will manage engineers, drafters, and technicians. You will drive design quality, mentor staff, and contribute to best practices development.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $165,000 annually. Remote/work-from-home options are available, with in-office/local opportunities in Lakewood, CO. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Competenze

• BSCE or BSCET from an accredited institution; civil/structural or mechanical option preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
• FE or PE licensure required.
• Expert with PLS-CADD with knowledge in optimum spotter and finite spotter a plus.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal English; authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Oversees project planning, scheduling, and coordination for team projects.
• Assigns work to and coordinates with engineers, designers, and staff.
• Provides technical assistance and training for junior engineers.
• Performs and manages the detailed design of overhead and distribution transmission lines.
• Reviews work for quality and accuracy across team deliverables.
• Develops and maintains development plans for team members.
• Produces and reviews full design packages including drawings and details, foundations, and calculations.
• Prepares cost estimates, budgets, proposals, and studies; supports business development.
