Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary transmission engineering teams.
• Advanced knowledge of overhead transmission and related design practices.
• Experience with plan and profile design, structure loading, grounding and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Manage workload forecasting, resource planning, and scheduling.
• Ensure project coverage meets scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client objectives.
• Coordinate design packages and technical reviews for quality and compliance.
