Atwell, LLC in New York is seeking an Engineer in the Transmission Group to lead overhead transmission and distribution line projects. You will develop and review design packages, calculations, and technical reports, and supervise project deliverables.

The role requires hands-on design work, scheduling, cost estimation, submittal reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams and support business development and client relations while maintaining safety

Competenze

Displays solid engineering judgement and can defend reasoning internally and externally.
Provides consistent accountability on budget efficiency and time management for junior engineers.
Ability to thoroughly review and redline full deliverable packages.
Ability to develop basic models to support procurement with minimal oversight.
Ability to interpret output reports and recognize when results warrant investigation.
