Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer in the Transmission group to lead overhead transmission and distribution design. You will develop design packages, perform calculations, mentor staff, and support utility projects.

Strong experience with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, AutoCAD, and design standards is required. You will work in a collaborative team, manage schedules and budgets, and travel as needed to client sites and project offices.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
PE license preferred.
6-8 years of engineering experience with 3+ years using PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
Strong understanding of NESC and applicable design standards.
Ability to mentor staff and coordinate with teams across disciplines.
Willingness to travel as project needs require.

Mansioni

Lead overhead transmission and distribution line designs and package development.
Create and review design packages, calculations, and drawings.
Perform field inspections and supervise project construction.
Develop project schedules and cost estimates; manage submittals.
