Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Civil preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in electric utility transmission design.
• Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
• Capable of working in a team environment and independently.
• Strong communication to serve as primary client contact; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple design teams on various transmission projects.
• Develop and mentor Leidos engineering talent.
• Approve timesheets and manage annual performance reviews.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and scope definitions.
• Drive quality control and process improvements across projects.
