Job summary

Coterie is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Training & Talent Development to build scalable learning programs that strengthen leadership and drive organizational growth. You will partner with the CPO and leaders to implement a framework for leadership excellence and AI-enabled workforce readiness.

This remote role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can design practical training, measure impact, and drive cross-functional collaboration across a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years in learning and development.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with in-person and virtual delivery and travel for training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive New Manager Training Program.
• Lead quarterly in-person training sessions, including travel for facilitation.
• Create resources and toolkits to translate training into daily behaviors.
• Collaborate with executives to identify leadership development opportunities.
• Oversee AI-focused learning initiatives and measure training impact.
• Coordinate annual training compliance and track completion rates.
