Job summary

Coterie Insurance is looking for a forward-looking Manager, Training & Talent Development to design and scale learning programs that strengthen leadership and accelerate growth within the organization.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead New Manager Training, AI-focused learning, and annual compliance training, partnering with senior leaders while traveling for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership or professional development programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a New Manager Training Program with quarterly sessions.
• Develop leadership resources, toolkits, and reinforcement activities.
• Oversee annual mandatory training calendar and compliance.
• Collaborate on AI-focused learning sessions and workforce enablement.
• Measure training effectiveness and track improvements.
• Plan and travel for in-person training sessions.
• Identify leadership development opportunities beyond onboarding.
