Ethos Risk Services seeks an experienced Director of Learning and Development for a 100% remote, U.S.-based role. You will lead the learning function, partnering with executives to drive strategy, implement innovative technologies like AI, and scale training across our 1,400-person workforce, including global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning and Development, corporate training, or sales enablement.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building or scaling L&D with strategy, budgeting and vendor management.
• Experience designing competency frameworks and role-based training.
• Experience selecting or managing an LMS.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI tools and learning technologies at scale.
• Experience supporting remote or geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with growth and performance goals.
• Oversee onboarding, employee development, and role-specific training programs.
• Establish competency frameworks and learning pathways for key roles.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align training investments with business needs.
• Lead LMS selection, implementation, and optimization; leverage AI for scalability.
• Set content governance standards across departments and maintain quality.
• Partner with People Analytics to measure training impact on performance.
• Build and mentor the L&D team and manage budgets and vendors.
• Support integration of training across newly acquired businesses.
