Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Training Devices Systems Engineering Manager 2 to lead the Training IPT. Based at the Roy Innovation Center in Roy, UT, you will translate user requirements into hardware specifications and drive verification across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians, interfacing with Air Force and NG leaders, and delivering formal data packages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of related experience, or 6 with a Master's.
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
Experience with MBSE, budget management, and CAM activities.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into hardware specs and manage requirements traceability.
Lead a multi-disciplinary IPT through design, build, test, and delivery of training devices.
Interface with customer and NG leaders; prepare data packages and technical presentations.
Manage schedule, risks, and budgets using EVM as CAM; hire and develop IPT talent.
