The role requires a strong leader with experience in hardware design, MBSE, and competitive DoD programs, with a background in managing complex aerospace systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with reinvestigation in last 6 years is required.
• Experience leading hardware development programs and MBSE is highly desirable.

• Direct hardware engineering processes and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
