Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Roy, UT seeks a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead the Flight Systems Integration and Test Lab, directing hardware-in-the-loop testing, verifying requirements, and coordinating with IPTs for missile hardware and software configurations.

You will manage a lab team, interface with US government customers during Readiness Reviews, drive risk management and schedule/cost reporting, and ensure design changes remain compatible across subsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience, Master's Degree and 6 years of related experience, or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain SAP approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hardware-in-the-Loop testing to validate hardware/software configurations.
• Interface with U.S. Government customer during Test Readiness and Integration Readiness Reviews.
• Support system architecture and verification planning with IPTs.
• Ensure design changes are compatible across subsystems and engineering disciplines.
• Oversee Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout engineers and manage risk, schedule, and cost reporting.
