Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 3 for the Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystems Lead, based in Roy, Utah. The role combines leadership across hardware engineering, process implementation, and programmatic coordination with customers and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a STEM degree with significant hardware experience, EVMS expertise, and a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
Experience Managing People preferred.
Experience designing and developing hardware.
Experience with EVMS on hardware development programs.
US Citizenship with Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (recent reinvestigation within last 6 years).

Responsibilities

Drive hardware engineering execution as a leader across the SDS Division portfolio of programs.
Direct the implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes across the CS Organization.
Ensure hardware meets requirements and integrates with weapon systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff.
Interface with customer and program leadership to align priorities.
