Qualifications

• Experience managing people and hardware design experience.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware engineering execution across the SDS portfolio.
• Direct implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes.
• Maintain schedule, cost, and performance across programs.
• Advise and mentor engineering staff and lead cross-site teams.
• Coordinate with customers and prime contractor leadership.
