Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Trade Practices Unit.
• Supervise three Trade Practices Investigators and coordinate inspections.
• Conduct compliance inspections and pre-license investigations.
• Review and approve inspection reports and related documents.
• Support licensing and permitting processes, including Salesforce enhancements.
• Educate licence holders on Maryland trade practice regulations.
• Engage with state agencies and elected officials for guidance and information.
