This senior role plans, directs, and evaluates enforcement, investigations, and licensing activities across the department, supervising Inspectors and Investigators and coordinating with the Director and regulatory partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, regulatory affairs, law, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory enforcement, investigations, compliance, inspections, consumer protection, code enforcement, or licensing administration.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plans, directs, and evaluates all enforcement and investigative activities.
• Coordinates inspections, investigations, compliance reviews, and field operations.
• Develops and delivers compliance education and outreach programs for businesses.
• Leads investigations involving patterns of fraud, deceptive trade practices, and unlicensed business activity.
• Reviews financial, licensing, advertising, and business records.
• Drafts investigative findings and recommendations for enforcement action.
• Prepares cases for administrative hearings and legal review.
• Testifies at hearings and administrative proceedings.
