Job summary

District Cannabis is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory and operational compliance across cultivation, operations, and retail locations in Washington, DC and Maryland. The role includes audits, risk assessment, training, and corrective actions to ensure adherence to laws and company policies.

You will work with site leadership to promote compliance, support investigations, and monitor regulatory changes while maintaining confidential records and preparing for inspections.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum five years of operations management in a multi-site or regulated environment.
• Three to five years in compliance, auditing, or cannabis operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled risk-based compliance audits across multi-site facilities.
• Review documentation to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Support readiness for internal and external regulatory inspections.
• Audit inventory, METRC, and POS activity for accuracy and compliance.
