DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead the inventory team in a fast-paced cannabis operation. You will oversee receiving, storage, audits, and cycle counts, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the dispensary inventory.

The role requires one year of managerial experience and two years of inventory experience. You will work with METRC and ERP systems, train staff, and support stock control and reporting while maintaining product quality and storage standards in a

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of managerial experience
• Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
• Minimum 1 year of Excel experience
• Experience with METRC and POS preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory team to ensure compliance and efficient inventory flow
• Train, coach, and supervise inventory associates
• Oversee receiving, storing, and organizing cannabis products and supplies
• Assist with placing orders for cannabis and non-cannabis merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overstock
• Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain product quality and proper storage requirements
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain records in inventory systems
