Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI enabled initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, drive delivery, and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, removing blockers, leading Agile ceremonies, and balancing scope, time, and quality. US work eligibility required; Cadmus offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule, risk, status reporting.
• Experience maintaining and reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Composed presence with business acumen and multi-level communication.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, manage blockers and risks.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and prioritization.
• Help balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence across diverse stakeholders to drive consensus.
