ServiceNow seeks a Product Manager for Tool Studio to shape how enterprises build agentic AI experiences. You’ll design developer-facing products and ensure end-user experiences meet an enterprise-grade bar, working closely with ML and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software product management experience.
• Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and take a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written communication of product concepts, operations and plans.
• Curious, fast learner with ability to research and understand new tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development from concept to launch with clear success metrics.
• Create specs to crisply identify problems, set goals, and define success metrics.
• Lead design of core technologies, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences for the agent platform.
• Partner with ML and platform engineers to translate research into product recommendations.
• Shape the developer ecosystem through hackathons and community growth.
• Support cross-functional teams with goal setting, project definition, and milestones.
