Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a PM team and own the strategy for developer tools on the Now platform. The role focuses on building scalable, auditable processes for AI-driven changes and production deployments, with broad ownership across 20+ product areas.

You will drive strategy for Developer Reach, sandboxing, testing, and release operations, partnering with pricing, finance, and engineering to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision processes.
• 12+ years in product management with team leadership.
• Proven track record developing PMs into strong owners of their areas.
• Deep experience owning developer platforms and SDLC products at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on technical comfort with reading code and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across Developer Reach, Developer Sandboxes, Agentic Testing, and Release Ops.
• Build, lead, and develop a team of PMs and set standards for product craft.
• Set product direction for validating AI-originated changes at scale.
• Drive the Developer Reach strategy for production with admin control and guardrails.
• Define sandbox and release governance strategies including auditability and velocity.
• Shape the metering and cost-modeling strategy for the platform in partnership with Pricing & Packaging and Finance.
• Build triage discipline to manage escalations while shipping across many product areas.
• Model an AI-first working approach using agentic coding tools in your own workflow.
